I keep dreaming about Russia at night but want to forget them as soon as I wake up. They’re not negative or positive. I think I’m picking up a lot of spiritual/etheric chatter in the changes. I’ll look into what is going on over there and continue this blog.
All I know is the U.S. POTUS’s obsession with supporting Ukraine against Russia. I know nothing else right now. I’m not dreaming about UFOs as far as I remember. The dreams are busy and I feel there are new openings to the portals over there. That could mean several things. It could also mean that if Russia/Ukraine don’t tone down nuclear talk, the E.T. will stop them. That’s how it rolls now.

He was on a 36-hour visit to the country exploring technology’s role in the war. Schmidt traveled to Ukraine not just as a former tech CEO, but as a billionaire investor in military technology startups who has served on influential federal boards advising the US government on adapting more artificial intelligence. He has prominently advocated for the US Department of Defense to integrate new tech, and his trip was a reminder of how integral advanced technologies and novel uses of existing technologies have been to Ukraine’s approach in this war. A senior Ukrainian minister had appealed to Elon Musk via Twitter early on, to route Starlink satellites that provide high-speed internet over the country to keep the country connected even if infrastructure on the ground was destroyed. “Elon Musk is genuinely a hero here,” Schmidt said.

“Two years ago, nearly unnoticed in the West, the Russian biophysicist S.E. Shnoll published a paper in the prominent Russian physics journal Uspekhi Fisicheskikh Nauk1 summing up the results of more than three decades of investigations of anomalous statistical regularities in a wide range of physical, chemical, and biological processes, from radioactive decay to the rates of biochemical reactions.
The evidence points unambiguously to the existence of a previously unknown relationship between fluctuations in the rates of radioactive and other processes in the laboratory, and major astronomical cycles, including the day, month, and year. The implication is, that many phenomena which until now have been regarded as purely statistical in character—such as the distribution of fluctuations in the momentary rates of radioactivity measured in a sample—are somehow controlled or at least strongly influenced by an astrophysical factor, which varies in time in the same way at all points on the Earth.
Vladimir Voeikov, a colleague of Shnoll, comments in the Spring 2000 issue of 21st Century: “Shnoll’s work shows that time is heterogeneous. It is not a Newtonian time. Each moment in time is different from another, and this can be seen in any physical process that you study.”
Albert Einstein, who rejected claims by Niels Bohr and others that the fundamental microphysical processes are essentially, irreducibly random in character, liked to say that “God does not play dice.” Einstein and others pointed to the arbitrary nature of Bohr’s argument: Just because physicists in Bohr’s time could not penetrate beyond the apparent randomness of radioactive decay and other microscopic processes, to find a deeper lawfulness and regularity underlying such processes, does not mean that science is doomed to remain in that state of ignorance forever!

UFOs Spotted Over Ukraine Skies, Reaching Speeds of Up To 53,000 km/h
A new report from the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine outlines how multiple UFOs have been spotted over the skies of Kyiv.

According to a new report from the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, unidentified flying objects (UFOs) have been spotted over Kyiv. The report was published in the preprint database arXiv.
Using specially calibrated cameras at two weather stations in Kyiv and Vinarivka, a village about 75 miles (120 kilometers) to the south, astronomers observed dozens of objects “that cannot scientifically be identified as known natural phenomena,” the report said.
The researchers divided their UAP observations into two categories: “cosmic” and “phantoms.” According to the report, cosmics are luminous objects that are brighter than the background sky. These objects are designated with birds’ names — such as “swift,” “falcon” and “eagle” — and have been observed flying solo as well as in “squadrons,” the team wrote.
The researchers estimated that phantoms range from 10 to 40 feet (3 to 12 meters) wide and can travel at speeds of up to 33,000 mph (53,000 km/h). For comparison, the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird is the fastest known aircraft, reaching speeds of up to 3,500 km/h.
There was no speculation on the researchers’ part regarding what these objects are, it simply focused on the methods used to identify them and the characteristics and qualities of the objects that could be detected.
The U.S. government has openly renewed its public interest in UAP investigations since 2017 when several videos taken by U.S. Navy aircraft leaked to the media. The videos showed unidentified aircraft moving in seemingly impossible ways, with no explanation.
In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean. They are also capable of traveling through water, in the ocean, just as they are through the atmosphere at the same speeds.
The Hessdalen Interactive Observatory at Østfold University College in Norway has also been capturing some amazing footage over the years. As far as I know, it’s the only official 24-hour UFO observatory in the world (except for our governments, of course).
Radar and cameras have tracked and filmed numerous inexplicable phenomena in this area, with the fastest one recorded at an astonishing 30,000 km per hour. You can see some examples and read more about that here if interested.
Theories of these objects range from classified military technology of other nations to perhaps even otherworldly beings. UFOs have long been obsessed with our nuclear weaponry, perhaps that has something to do with it given the conflict in Ukraine.
Important considerations to think about when it comes to “mainstream” UFO disclosure
Dr. Jacques Valée, an academic who holds a master’s degree in astrophysics and a Ph.D., in computer science who co-developed the first computerized map of Mars for NASA in 1963 is one of many who have revealed potential manipulation with regard to this subject.
In one of his latest books, Forbidden Science 4, he shares a record of his private study into unexplained phenomenon between 1990 and the end of the millennium, during which he was traveling around the world pursuing his professional work as a high-technology investor. It’s a bit of a diary, documenting his experiences and encounters/meetings as he tries to examine and explore the phenomenon.
In an entry dated Thursday 26 March 1992, Vallée writes:
“I have secured a document confirming that the CIA simulated UFO abductions in Latin America (Brazil and Argentina) as psychological warfare experiments.”

Look at this next to Putin’s gateway which I just posted. They are each other’s analog and their G.P. and Hidden Wisdom are reversed. Ukraine’s flag is a perfect synchronicity of Putin and Zelenskyy; blue and yellow which are analog colors.
They are each other’s support, or they would be if Putin wasn’t so locked on destroying democracy in Ukraine and acting on the impulses of his LMS shadow self.
Who is the real enemy here? Biden? I’m remote viewing and seeing faces and names we don’t know. It has to do with access to labs. It’s a data war as well as a political ideology.
The politics of Ukraine take place in a framework of a semi-presidential representative democratic republic and of a multi-party system. Zelenskyy has accomplished a lot in a crystal tone environment of community and cooperation. God help Ukraine.

In Russia, the Red Serpent time Portal is located in Northern Russia at 60°N–75°W. There is or was Reptilian influence/control up there.
Ukraine’s coordinates are 48° N–31° E so it is SE of Russia closer to the White Dog time portal which is at 60°N–165°E in the far eastern area by the Bering Sea, West of Alaska. Ukraine is on the western border of Russia in the Europe region.
