True Time Update for Thursday-We Can Channel in Meditation for our own Healing
You just have to relax and listen. Your body and mind will give you the insight you need to heal yourself. In the end, we have to heal ourselves. No one has the authority to do it for us. That’s the point of embodiment; to evolve nature to a higher sentience gradually.
It moves things along to divulge secrets and not repress your true feelings. It ruins relationships and trust between people when you keep things hidden or say things you don’t really mean or intend to do like, “I love you”. It’s also the main cause of pain and illness in the body. I’ve seen it for 23 years.

There are plenty of studies on the fact that the large intestine is our second brain. So if you are repressing feelings and thoughts your appetite and digestion will be out of alignment. Let it go. Drink water and breathe at least a little bit to start things off. Humans are creatures of emotion and eating!
Tone 7 pulses to Cervical vertebrae 7 front and back. This is the 5th voice chakra and the place of EXPRESSION and creativity, where you express your soul and tell others who you are. Tuesday Daily Reading; Know the Personal but Keep to the Impersonal
That adage come from Lao Tzu in the Tao Te Ching. It doesn’t work well in provincial small towns where few people have appropriate social boundaries. They need gossip material.
However, social media does a good fake on this one. People digitally want to know your business, then form their own fantasy around how you can be useful to them, and then form a compulsive, digitally personal relationship with you but never meet you so it remains impersonal.
Blue 11 Spectral Hand is a conundrum. “I dissolve in order to know…” That sounds exactly like impersonal social media which I have no part of. But we’re supposed to release healing with freedom. Blue Hand is mediated by Earth so who on earth gets to define freedom?

I used to play these just to clean the energy out at the Catholic church where in truth I was a spiritual infiltrator to line it up as a musician. The priest told me my masses were very “spiritual”. 6Glutamine is the 5th Density GForce today. It is Red 6 Rhythmic Skywalker in the Tzolkin. I believe the Clarions and the Arian are proper helpers for Skywalker kin.
The Clarions are from the planet Clarion which revolves around two suns in a binary system in the constellation Aquila. They believe in creating Light, that time and space are their temples, planets and stars their cathedrals and the universe their sanctuary. Amen to that. All sentient beings own the consciousness of the primordial atom and of eternity. Death is only transformational. The soul is eternal. Reincarnation is real for our learning.
