A Primer on Reading the ScR (Schumann Resonance)Spectrograms

I will do some of this for you when I post but there is no reason you can’t do it also. I want you to be attuned enough to your own brain so that you can feel these changes instead of running to the doctor. Our bodies are getting an ascension shakeup.

How to Read the TSU (Tomsk Siberia University in Russia)- Schumann Resonance (SR) Chart

I’ve had several requests asking how to read the Schumann Resonance (SR) chart I’ve been posting. I use the SR monitoring at the Space Observing System at Tomsk Science University, located in Siberia. Let me first note that the following suggestions are not any official guidelines from the SOS, but are my personal observations and practices, having read these charts for several years.

The SR website is: http://sosrff.tsu.ru/?page_id=7

Here is a sample chart you can refer to But first, a definition of the Schumann Resonance: “The Schumann resonances (SR) are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth’s electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.

In the normal mode descriptions of Schumann resonances, the fundamental mode is a standing wave in the Earth-ionosphere cavity with a wavelength equal to the circumference of the Earth.” (Wikipedia)

Now, to the chart (“spectrogram”)

(Lisa wrote this part); The date at the top is 10/3/22. We write it 3/10/22 so it’s today. It starts at 14:00 hours Siberia time which is 2PM so adjust that for your time zone. I’m in the U.S. EST so minus 11 hours it occurred at 3am this morning, which by the way, my brain woke straight awake and I had to drink some warm milk to get back to sleep. It contains tryptophan which makes you sleepy. Today it looks to me like it was in the 15-24Hz range if you follow the light green all the way to the bottom. We are easily getting Beta blasted today which is very high for our brains, close to Gamma which is related to bursts of rational insight and ideas. The intuitive insight which I hum in all the time is Theta. Every day I’m between theta and alpha. Alpha means your eyes are open and you’re conscious of the 4D hologram. Theta is a meditative state. I think that beta and gamma states mean you’re too hyped up on coffee or sugar and maybe bouncing off the walls. When the SR gets to that level you need to calm yourself down with rest, herbs, tea, and meditation.

Hertz values are on the vertical left

DATES: Look at the top of the chart. You’ll see that the chart divides into three-day sequences, with the dates printed across the top horizontal of the chart. Dates move left to right, most recent on the right.

TIMES: Next, look at the bottom of the chart. You’ll see the times, which present in a 0-24 hour sequence, one block of 24 hours for each corresponding date above. The chart uses local Tomsk (Siberia) time which is GMT+7. You’ll need to convert the chart times to your local time.

I’m in the US, so the equivalents here are United States Conversions:

  • Eastern (GMT-4): Chart minus 11 hrs
  • Central (GMT-5): Chart minus 12 hrs
  • Mountain (GMT-6): Chart minus 13 hrs
  • Pacific (GMT -7): Chart minus 14 hrs

SR VALUES:

Now, look at the left vertical side of the chart. These numbers represent the framework for reading the Schumann Resonance peak values in Hertz levels (like the Tzolkin) — lowest at top progressing to the highest at the bottom, in increments of 4Hz. SR frequencies are relatively stable and do not change. Also, there is not just one SR frequency, but an array of peak frequencies. The SR values cover a range from 3 Hz to 60 Hz, with set values at intervals roughly 6.5 Hz apart, except for the lowest value, 4.11.

Because different authorities post slightly different values for the SR peaks, here are the rounded-off SR peak values pretty much agreed upon universally: 4, 7.83 (fundamental SR), 14, 20, 26, 33, 39, 45, 59. All measured in Hz or cycles per second. The SR frequencies are read ACROSS or HORIZONTALLY, usually in the green intensity shade.

You can easily track a specific frequency through the 3-day cycle. You’ll see that the green lines typically indicate at the 7.83, 14, 20, and 26 Hz frequencies. Other frequencies you’ll see, less frequently, are the lowest, 4 Hz, and 33 Hz and higher.

SR AND HUMAN BRAINWAVES

Here’s the cool part: These Schumann Resonance ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves in the Earth’s magnetic field just happen to OVERLAP with the electrical patterns (“brain waves”) observed across the cortex of the human brain. Studies have shown that SR frequencies have particular effects on the human brain and nervous system, the cardiovascular system, the autonomous nervous system, circadian rhythms, immune function, DNA, and more.

The fundamental Schuman Resonance, 7.83 Hz, corresponds to the high theta of the human brainwave range. Human brainwaves and SR correspondences:

  • Delta:  0 Hz to 4 Hz corresponds with SR 4.11Hz
  • Theta:  4 Hz to 8 Hz corresponds with SR 4.11 Hz, SR 7.83 Hz
  • Alpha:  8 Hz to 12 Hz corresponds with SR 7.83 Hz
  • Beta:  12 Hz to 30 Hz* corresponds with SR 14 Hz, 20 Hz, 26 Hz
  • Gamma:  30 Hz to 100 Hz corresponds with SR 33 Hz, 39 Hz, 45 Hz, 59 Hz

*There are differing opinions among authorities as to the demarcation between the upper limit of beta and the onset of gamma brainwaves. Some cite 25 Hz, others 40 Hz. Most seem to cite 30 Hz. Just know that the upper value is a bit fluid.

COLOR CODE

Intensity readings go from lowest blue (background intensity) to green to yellow to white (highest). Typical SR readings are in the green range. IMPORTANT: The SR is read HORIZONTALLY, so you’ll be looking at the green horizontal lines. (Do not consider the VERTICAL white lines or white ‘splashes’ as SR readings.) VERTICAL WHITE LINES/SPLASHES: So, what ARE those vertical WHITE lines or wider splashes?

In general, they represent energy bursts or ionospheric plasma excitations. (THE PSI BANK EMANATIONS-Lisa T.) For the most part, the electromagnetic (ELM) bursts are probably lightning-related or TLE-related. While lightning (Blue Storm tribe; Tryptophan) is THE major driver of the SR, electromagnetic bursts have often been found to be sprites, a type of lightning phenomena that occurs high in the atmosphere: “It is now believed that many of the Schumann resonances transients (Q bursts) are related to the transient luminous events (TLEs).

In 1995 Boccippio et al.[38] showed that sprites, the most common TLE, are produced by positive cloud-to-ground lightning occurring in the stratiform region of a thunderstorm system, and are accompanied by Q-burst in the Schumann resonances band.” (Wikipedia) Transient luminous events (TLEs) are upper atmosphere electrical discharges such as sprites, ELVES, and jets. To read more about transient luminous events, here’s a good article, with photos: https://weather.com/news/news/transient-luminous-events-mysteries-sky-20130731

In addition to intense lightning and TLEs, plasma excitations could also be caused by: — intense thunderstorm — solar activity (e.g. solar winds, CMEs, solar flares) — geomagnetic disturbances (resulting from solar activity) — some speculate HAARP and scalar weapons discharges may affect the SR — energy bursts of unknown origin EFFECT OF ENERGY BURSTS ON SR READINGS:

When ionospheric plasma gets excited, the SR waves at various resonances can get excited, as well. You’ll often see a wider, “puffier” green color displayed behind, around, or following an energy burst. You may see the “excitation” activate the higher SR values that correspond with the brain’s higher beta and gamma frequencies. I often call these the “transformation waves.”

Energy bursts can also trigger the low 4.11 Hz SR and the fundamental 7.83 Hz that correspond to our theta brainwave. This wave is incredibly transforming, as well. It’s been called the “miracle wave” for its deep healing, calming, and rebalancing qualities; theta accesses the subconscious mind. When these energy bursts first started happening back in 2014, the human monitors at the Space Observing System at Tomsk Science University thought an equipment malfunction had caused the anomaly. But upon checking, they realized that equipment was fine and had, indeed, recorded SR values in a higher range not seen before. But as to the origin of the spikes, they had no answers.

A SPECULATIVE OBSERVATION: When these plasma spikes occur, perhaps humans are receiving a double impact: not only are the SR frequencies resonating with our brain waves (theta, alpha, beta, and gamma) but we are also feeling the effects of the ionospheric energy bursts themselves. For those who are energy-sensitive, these plasmic excitations or energy disturbances may be felt or sensed — much like a sensitive can “feel” geomagnetic storming, distant earthquakes, and volcanoes, the magnetic pull of a full moon, or incoming photonic or cosmic energies.

Back to the Schumann Resonance:

“Every second, a multitude of pulses travel around the world in this unique, resonant chamber between Earth and the ionosphere, sending colluding signals to all microorganisms. These signals couple us to the Earth’s magnetic field. Named after their discoverer, these Schumann Resonances (SR) drive the harmonizing pulse for life in our world.”

Sunset and Dusk

Just a quick tidbit on frequency change.

The daily themeplex changes frequency with the sun. It’s almost like a 4-arm sundial.

The theme and its analog take us through our sleep, the unconscious delta brain wave state. Tonight we sleep under the frequency of theme and analog. At twilight and then sunrise we begin our Guide power and alpha and beta brain waves start.

At high noon we could kick into theta brain waves depending on our values. The frequency of the antipode begins and we’re all working. The sun takes us to sunset and then dusk. The sun sets but it is still a bit light. That is dusk; a full thirty minutes past sunset and likely we are still ideally in theta brain waves. You can tell by how you feel. If you’re centered in your vortex you’re in theta. If you’re annoyed with co-workers, the public and your family you never left beta prison.

We can feel the frequency change once dusk is past, it’s fully dark and we’re moving toward midnight and into delta.

Note that the timing of dusk changes with the seasons. There is quite a bit of Tzolkonic geomancy that goes along with this. I’ll get more into it in future blogs.

The short of it is, our DNA can uplevel quicker if we are aware of these frequency changes with the change in the sunlight; the solar cycle. Couple that with water and muscle strengthening and the other frequency changes I suggested and we’re good to go with planetary changes in 13:20 frequency.

Re-Program; Your Theta Brain Waves Affect Your Subconscious Mind

In the Spirit-Mind-Body movement, many lightworkers have managed to functionally reduce the effect of their subconscious programming on their conscious mind. This is what my book “Healer” is about which you can order on this blog.

Normal adults minds are currently programmed 95% by their mother in utero and family after birth up to age 7. Lightworkers have become aware of their programmed issues and asserted their conscious mind in order to break habits that they don’t want, that are not of their choosing but were imprinted from the family. You can overstep your subconscious program and this is, in fact, the foundation of the Spiritual Movement.

In no way are we saying family is bad. Every family is different. We are saying that each person can and does have a choice over what they want their lives to be. It does not have to be dictated by the family or anyone else. This is still somewhat taboo and scary to many people but it’s beginning to dawn on everyone that individual freedom is real within a group that is interdependent, not co-dependent or addicted to a materialistic paradigm. Neither does ancestry dictate anything as genetic determinism is no longer scientifically valid. The truth is, we are all ONE human race. There are no races. There are just thousands of cultures on Earth all ONE race; the human race.

Mastering Your Brainwaves

Our brain pulses and vibrates like everything in this Universe. Brainwaves can be categorized according to their frequency. The brain pulse is measured like sound in cycles per second or Hertz. It is not about spending our entire life in an awakened mind pattern, but to attain mastery of our brainwaves. Mastery means, we want to be able to be in the state of consciousness (the brainwave pattern) of our choice at any given time and to achieve what we want to do with it. So flexibility and mastery are what we are looking for.

Delta | 0.5 – 4 cycles per second | .05 – 4 HZ-or D Waves

The lowest frequencies are delta. These are less than 4 Hz and occur in deep sleep and in some abnormal processes. It is the dominant rhythm in infants up to one year of age and it is present in stages 3 and 4 of sleep. It tends to be the highest in amplitude and the slowest waves. Delta is associated with deep sleep, this pattern is very slow. However, this brain wave pattern is important for the explorer of consciousness. If you work to merge with the mass consciousness of our planet you need to work in delta, the first step will be to learn to be conscious in your dreams. If you can do that, you can go further in the exploration. Astral projection or Out of Body experience occurs in Delta.  We increase Delta waves in order to decrease our awareness of the physical world. We also access information in our unconscious mind through Delta. Peak performers decrease Delta waves when high focus and peak performance are required. However, most individuals diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, naturally increase rather than decrease Delta activity when trying to focus.

Theta | 4-8 cycles per second | 4 – 8 HZ-or T Waves

Associated with creativity and Extra-sensory perception, the theta state is something to learn to go into at will. It is seen in connection with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, and fantasizing and is a repository for memories, emotions, sensation. Theta waves are strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness.  There are countless ways to reach theta and is the state where your ESP can operate. If you do the proper work you can learn to enter theta at will and perform most of the psychic activities. It reflects the state between wakefulness and sleep and relates to the subconscious mind. It is viewed as abnormal in awake adults but perfectly normal in children up to 13 years old but that is societal bias. It is also normal during sleep and just upon waking. Theta is believed to reflect activity from the limbic system and hippocampus regions. Theta is observed in anxiety, behavioral activation, and behavioral inhibition. When the theta rhythm appears to function normally it mediates and/or promotes adaptive, complex behaviors such as learning and memory.

Alpha | 8-13 cycles per second | 8 – 13 HZ-or A Waves

The first pattern discovered in 1908 by an Austrian Psychiatrist named Hans Berger. Alpha pattern appears when in wakefulness where there is relaxed and effortless alertness. It is recommended to practice your creative visualization and auto-suggestion technique in alpha state. Good healthy alpha production promotes mental resourcefulness, aids in the ability to mentally coordinate, and enhance an overall sense of relaxation and fatigue. In this state, you can move quickly and efficiently to accomplish whatever task is at hand. When Alpha predominates most people feel at ease and calm. It is the major rhythm seen in most adults. The right brain initiates it.

Beta | 13- 33 cycles per second | 13 – 33 HZ –or B waves

Beta is associated with our waking activity. During a day we experience all the brainwave patterns with a predominance of Beta. It is generally regarded as a normal rhythm and is the dominant rhythm in those who are alert or anxious or who have their eyes open. It is the state that most of the brain is in when we have our eyes open and are listening and thinking during analytical problem solving, judgment, decision making, processing information about the world around us. The beta band has a relatively large range and has been divided into low, midrange and high. The left brain initiates it.

Gamma | over 33 cycles per second | 33 + HZ- or G Waves

This range is the most recently discovered and is the fastest frequency above 33Hz. While little is known in the mainstream about this state of mind, initial research shows Gamma waves are associated with bursts of insight and high-level information processing. When the brain needs to simultaneously process information from different areas, it is hypothesized that the gamma state consolidates the required areas for simultaneous processing. Note that there’s a LOT of disagreement over where Beta range ends & Gamma range begins. Gamma rhythms appear to be involved in higher mental activity, including perception and consciousness.

 The Regions of the brain that originates each wave;

Delta-The Thalumus or Cortex (the top middle of the brain)

Theta-The Hippocampal Region-(the middle-low part of the brain near the brain stem that C1 hooks into) This must be the subconscious mind.

Alpha-The Right Brain –right side of the head

Beta-The Left Brain-left side of the head

Gamma-these waves originate in the Thalamus (where Delta does) and are then observed to sweep from the frontal lobe throughout the entire brain bringing it into synchronization.  Tibetan Buddhist Monks have been observed to run Gamma waves-the fastest wave humans can produce, that we know of.

The neo-cortex and the lobes are the sites of the conscious brain.  It’s located at the top and sides of the brain. It’s been around for 300,000 years or 1/3 of our species existence. It controls voluntary thought awareness, self-control, and planning.

The subconscious mind is located in the limbic system and the brain stem. It’s the lower brain.  This is the old brain and the original human brain. It is responsible for the autonomic nervous system, control of internal organs, forges and manages all habits, insight and creativity, and emotions.  It’s much faster and efficient than the new brain and has multi-tasking abilities.

Some scientists believe the vagus nerve or spindle neurons that connect the prefrontal cortex to the insula may be the link to the new brain.  Everything initiated in the subconscious now goes into the conscious mind if we let it.
