Heartset; Who has your back?

If you didn’t need human permission to be born and you don’t need human permission to die, why do you think you need human permission to live your life as you see fit, or at least have a good expansive experience? The same energy that got you here and helps you leave here…HAS you here.

Essay; Others Storms

Storm and Peace

This issue of a storm and peace is pivotal. First of all, don’t pull anyone anywhere for any reason. You are who you are and feel what you feel and they are who they are and feel what they feel. Either that meshes and flows or it doesn’t. You may have to go your own way.

My intuition and yours also can tell what the deal is especially between men and women.

Men are a storm because of their testosterone and they should NOT be expected to change when that is the way their bodies are. Women are peace because of estrogen and they should not be expected to change when that is the way our bodies are. Aggressive women these days have become that way because they’ve been expected to “fit in with the guys” in order to survive patriarchy when we don’t have the apparatus or hormones! This issue has really affected my health living with men that I loved dearly including my son. All the studies back me up. Women’s health declines living with a man and man’s health improves. It’s completely unlevel.

You guys are stressful because of your testosterone! And then you act like we should have more testosterone to be more like you! Some women are up to the task of becoming b….. and fighting and whipping ya’ll and each other and many do but I’m not. In no way am I called to fight, wrangle, and collar a man, control him, boss him, and expend all my energy on his high maintenance dramatic self. I literally don’t have it in my body and it’s not my calling on the planet. That’s why I’ve never wanted to be married. I took one look at how men operate as a young girl and I’m like, “Ummm, no. Why would any kindly, intelligent woman want to live with a man?”

I’ve said this before, it’s not that I don’t adore men and I am very attracted to them. I adore men as species and I’ve loved a few but I knew I couldn’t live with a man in my youth. Young men, fertile age, with a woman, fertile age, is like hell to me. Now that I’m older, I see men’s testosterone drop which is SUPER FINE for a female like me. They are calmer, don’t stomp around or want to eat and have sex all the time. Oh, thank god. I’m actually hoping maybe I can live with a man now that I’m older.

This placard could read, “Women, don’t let men pull you into their testosterone storm. Men, don’t let women pull you into their estrogen peace. (or kill your manhood)” A woman will read that and say, “Are you crazy? They need to calm down.” Sorry girlfriend, I don’t want a gay man or one that’s too domesticated. I like a man with plenty of testosterone. That doesn’t mean I can live with him though.

Everyday Spirituality; Stillness is Very Powerful

rumi in silenceIn a world that never stops spinning, talking, reaching, and criticizing, time has shown that human beings and other parts of nature that know how to be still and quiet accomplish much. Oprah Winfrey, Madonna, Arianna Huffington, Katy Perry, Mark Benioff, and Paul McCartney all meditate daily. Einstein basically practiced something called image streaming. The idea is that there are a bunch of images that are constantly streaming through our brains, no matter what work we are pre-occupied. This image streaming can become a meditative practice if you either control the formation of these images or just follow them with single-minded focus. This means that a lot of his discoveries were actually just creative thought processes perceived intuitively.

The Yogi Masters Were Right

Action is overrated by those not tuned in emotionally and spiritually. If you don’t know any different you don’t know what you’re missing. If you can’t feel movement within or tune into the ethers, you don’t know anything is happening! Consequently, you feel the need to make something happen outside of yourself. I’ve tried to compromise with friends on this to try to understand them and it’s clear to me we’re at different levels of spiritual awareness. I stopped trying. The truth is, the shifting happens inside first. You can’t fake what you really think and feel. It comes through your silent body. Get help lining your energy up in your energy body first so that you’re sitting in your integrity when you speak and act.  Reiki is great for that. Those that aren’t observant or see with dim eyes may be faked out for a while but history has also shown that in time, people see the truth.

I was reading on my daily TwinFlame11:11.com site this morning and it was exactly synchronous with what I woke up and started blogging on today. Today the line-up on every level is good for tuning into the radio station of your inner guidance. She says, “True emotion is a messenger. It stems from an accurate, intuitive, response to energy. False emotion is a reaction to outer energy, things going on in the world and with other people, what we read on social media and TV.” The advice is to keep an eye on yourself.

  1. Am I responding to something I feel in the quiet, from within myself? Can I even hear it?
  2. Am I reacting to everything and everyone outside of myself in all the noise and spinning?

It is still very true that actions speak louder than words but so does inaction. A crucial decision is how much do we value feeling our own energy and spiritual guides or guidance than other people. I love being by myself and never, ever feel alone or lonely. How on earth, on this busy planet, can anyone ever feel completely alone. We are swimming in a myriad of earth movement that never ceases. Having to respond to the weather physically is included in that. Sometimes I wish I could just go sit on a star way far off this earth to really be alone until I realize that maybe that would cause me to feel closer to a swirling inhabited, busier Universe than earth!

There is activity everywhere and there really is no escaping it no matter where you live. You finally see that when you live by yourself whether it’s in the city or the woods. Living with others is only a distraction from the fact that there is no escape from the activity. It’s ironic.

Heartset; Not Caring is Ok Too Sometimes

First posted 4 years ago. May as well been 400 years ago given what we’ve been through. The truth is good yes?

I see so much admonition and platitude doodling on FB and Twitter. Posts saying, “Be this way, not this way”, “Act this way, not this way” “Be your best, not your worst” and on and on.  I think it’s getting old. Human beings always just do what comes naturally to them. Most of us just behave in a way that we always behave or whatever is our habit.

It’s authentic, for good or bad. Frankly, just being yourself, grumpy, naked or clothed, dancing crazily around the house or sleeping a lot is what it is. Some people drink too much. Others eat too much. Some people are high all the time. All of that are emotions that haven’t come forward. But let’s face it; it’s not easy for any of us to admit when we feel angry, impatient, guilty, or selfish.

Still, it’s the truth and the truth is good. So honestly, I think most human beings just prefer that others around them just be themselves. Just be who you are in the moment and don’t try to be something else. It gets on my nerves when people act contrived and ambitious. I wonder what they’re hiding.

I don’t care how others act too much. If it really bothers me, I’ll find an exit. If I really like it, I’ll go towards it and I think most people do that. You don’t have to complain too much or try to change anything. Sometimes it’s best to relax and not care.

Re-Program; Twin Flame Experience

The New Twin Flame

I am in a completely different personal space today because I’m going to meet my twin flame in person soon. We’ve been talking for a year and a half but weren’t ready to meet. We’re working on our connection and it’s all fine. The energy is very intense and different from anyone else I know. Twin flames are telepathic and two sides of one coin. It is a freely associated relationship, open, loving, and usually, it’s purpose is for spiritual work. There is no traditional possession with twin flames because you possess yourselves. The only way twin flames can unify is if they both sit in Self-Love so that the energy and bonding they exchange is unconditional. That’s how it works and is not for the faint of heart. When you’re finally attuned with your Higher Self, your love for others is unconditional. It is truly God in you and it’s real. This is what Spirituality, past religion, is about. Mind, Body, Spirit is ONE.

Twin Flame connection is not about our traditional view of individuals coming together in a love relationship.  A twin flame is not about love or relationship. It’s about cosmic unity because the two of you are the same soul. Your lives have mirrored each other and your synchronicity continues to mirror.

You are unifying a part of yourself with the other part to bring a FULL perspective to spiritual work that needs to be done. So the normal wishes, dreams, feelings, boundaries, struggles, ceremonies and rules do not apply in any way. This is not earthly stuff, it’s universal. The universe doesn’t care about sex, human rituals, mores, and taboos. It does care about cooperation and getting a job done for humanity. It does care about true unity.

Self-Love is on a spectrum. Everyone is at a different place but the fact remains, all humans want to feel better. Some do it through suffering and some through joy. It doesn’t matter. All humans will go to the end of the earth to feel connected, once they’re really touched by it. It has a drawing power that is beyond words, art, everything. It’s actually OUR BODIES. It’s LIFE itself all around us. All of the aliveness is one big loving fuck! Sex is prayer with the beloved and is full of grace and light.

Our societies view of sex is so far from grace it’s awful. Religion has separated itself from the earth and they haven’t fixed it. Being politically correct about environmental issues doesn’t fix that awful denial of the body and its rhythm. I will never deny it again. If you hope to find your Twin Flame, unite your own mind and feelings to your beautiful body, take care of it with fresh air, water, and food, but mostly, watch your vibration, your thoughts, and feelings and practice mindfulness. Life is sacred. Every breath is sacred. Humans and the Earth are beautiful. Don’t put toxic music, TV, people, or substances into your body! No toxic family either! Love Yourself and love others no matter what. The Universe has your back and eventually, so does your Twin Flame.

Essay; The Sacrifice Model Shores up Patriarchy

my-kite-1@2x
“My Kite” by Paige Bradley

My last post was about men as a subject, women as object and how that can pivot so that men are objectified as well under the paradigm of patriarchy.  That’s not something that most women are aware of. First, let me remind my readers that neither male nor female dominance in civilization is ideal. We came from 5000 years of matriarchy which preceded patriarchy and now we are shifting again. My hope is that we don’t go back to the mistakes and abuses of matriarchy just because it’s in our collective unconscious ancestral memory. I believe women have evolved ahead of men but men have come a long way as well in 5000 years. The idea here is for humanity and the earth to move into our conscious minds, or reasonable mind engendered by the balance between intuition and rationality. That will then fill our households, the foundation of our societies the world over.

Gender equity or balance of power will lead us to less militarism, more peace, more great sex, and more love. Yes, I’m an idealist but some partners are succeeding. It occurred to me yesterday that when you have the subject-object system going, which is what patriarchy thrives on, both subject and object, both men and women are sacrificed for the profit of the 1% on the planet, even though patriarchy makes it appear as though men are in charge. They aren’t really. They only have what women let them have. Imagine for a moment the suggestion of “Lysistrata” coming to pass?

Lysistrata is a Greek comedy written by Aristophanes about women boycotting sex with men in order to quell the endless wars of that age. What if today, women all over the planet found the wherewithal to stop making porn videos altogether, stopped having sex with their husbands/boyfriends/partners, and halted reproduction until men got the message of respecting our humanity and not just looking to us for sex and food attention but as a friend and a mate? Maybe this is what lesbians wish would happen. There is a whole group of feminists that believe that until women take full charge of their body and stop sharing it with men, women don’t stand a chance of true liberation. I just ponder that in my circumstantial celibacy. I will say that it’s truly empowering to live alone and be in full charge of my body and my physical energy as a female. I’ve become fully aware of how much all of the men I’ve known have taken sex and food from me and how little they’ve truly given back. It’s not an awareness I relish and I’m certainly not saying that I believe all men do that.

Subjects are sacrificed to the 1% who in turn are brainwashed or socially engineered to sacrifice the objects. Men are “subjected” to the dictates of family, state, church, and corporation and sacrificed and rewarded for handing over the control of their heart and mind to that. That’s how Trump got elected in provincial, small-town America which is trapped in it’s subconscious, family-programmed mind!

Part of the purpose of social engineering is to objectify and eat women for breakfast. Women are to be consumed; sexual consumption and food consumption. Men are not taught to see us as full human beings with a mind and heart but to overlook all of that, no matter how smart or successful we are in order to objectify and subsume us; no matter what. Her provision of children is only a mask for the man that makes him appear more socially acceptable to all of the institutions listed above. Let’s not forget that he is not acting from a whole heart and mind. If he did, he would be a damned artist or poet, drugged in a psych ward and living on the fringes.  We can’t have that frightful prospect, can we? I’m half kidding.

There are millions of men and women who are free spirits and see through the charade of civilization though and we own houses, pay our bills and mow the lawn. It does take guts to join us though and we’re usually not rich.

So you see the subject-object title is interchangeable. The subjects are also brought to be objects for the elite; especially in war (the honored dead, mostly male), in sports, and in corporate life. It’s incumbent on men and women to jump out of the subject-object roles and live a free life.

Heartset; Subject-Object in Life

I’m on this planet to act, not be acted upon and that’s not selfish. It’s what we all need to do; act on behalf of ourselves in our own lives so we can unconditionally give to one another.

Remember diagraming those sentences in school? Subject, verb, object. “What is the subject of the sentence and how does it act (the verb) on the object?”

There is much hoopla made of women being sexually objectified but when these issues come up, I always try to think about it intuitionally as well as rationally because it’s so easy to stereotype based on gender.

It is widely observed that males do tend to be the subject of most movies, books, sporting events, commercials, anchors on the news, utility companies, Presidents, and CEOs. The male perception of things does, in fact, run the planet. That’s patriarchy.

But does that mean that men are never objectified? Think about the system of patriarchy a second. Patriarchy is about usage and consumption. It’s about money, power, death, and oppression, control and victory at any cost. There isn’t much good about it. I’d say there is nothing good about it. In a system such as that, militarism, monetary debt, toxic waste, pathological lying, corrupt government leaders and religion are rife. It doesn’t do much good on the planet. But both women and men shore up patriarchy by accepting their roles of subject-object and rarely reversing them. They could reverse them, or in a loving partnership, both of them are subjects and never objects. So, in that scenario, isn’t it reasonable to assume that:

“Patriarchy eats everything”; Subject/verb/object. Men are consumed as well by the monster. They, in turn, are taught and expected to consume woman.

No one escapes and no one wins really. That means men are objectified too by the system as being set up over and over again as the subject of every last, damn, thing. They are, after all, most of the millions dead from two World Wars. Just watch TV with pen and paper and make two columns Male/Female and make a vertical slash every time you see a woman, every time you see a man and watch the men’s column pile up. That’s not a good thing for men or for women. It’s unbalanced! I personally wouldn’t want all that focus. It’s too much pressure.

When women are portrayed on TV they are rarely if ever portrayed as subjects or the ones acting first in the sentence. If they are it’s as a conniving wench, a bitch, a sweet mother or a nurse. Patriarchy doesn’t allow for women to be portrayed as a strong subject; a female lead. Hillary Clinton did that and she was crucified. The message, “Women, don’t ever try to be the subject of the sentence in the United States of America.”

I’ve had too many men say to me, “You just want attention.” My response, “No, I’d just like to be the subject, not the object being acted upon by you most of the time.” But somehow, I doubt most women even know they’re the object being acted upon. They take it for granted that it is their role because they follow system dictates unconsciously. The media and the church do the brainwashing.

For the first time in my life, living in the house I own, I am the subject of my own life and I am able to give focus and make each of my patients that come here the subject in my office. I started out my physical life as a child being extremely objectified by my parents, then school, then college, then my parents literally threw me to a Chicago curb when I was eighteen like so much garbage, then men, on and on for half of my life. Women are not seen or known or even wanting to be known by anyone as people! But are men either? They have that subject role to carry around all the time like a rock in a backpack. Not even our other women friends who are too busy being objectified by their families that define them, want to spend time with me.

Well, in my house, “The patient receives therapy from me.” Subject/verb/object. I guess I’m a pronoun in my office. That’s just fine because I’m the subject of my life for the rest of the time because I have important work to do and I’m doing it.

Re-Program; David Bohm, Quantum Physicist on Wholeness

For me, life in civilization (in the city) can become a grind. I generally do enjoy being an urban dweller, but like my patients, unless we release our fragmented perceptions of our bodies and life around us, it can become oppressive.  I don’t believe that life on earth is inherently oppressive; it’s our mind and our habits that are.

So, to that end, listen to the refreshing perspective of the truth of wholeness as articulated by quantum physicist by David Bohm. He really does call for an end to reductionist thinking where adults treat their respective fields of study as a kid at Christmas with a new computer that she/he wants to take apart. IT IS NOT THE PARTS OF A THING THAT TEACH US HOW IT WORKS OR WHAT IT IS! Actually using it and feeling how it works is the beginning of understanding. The truth is, different parts could probably have been used to make the thing whole anyway so why get attached to “the parts”? I encounter this issue daily as I work with people on their bodies, who continue to view it and feel it in pieces because of our health care system. Use your intuition and your breath to feel the truth.

I do believe that if each of us, one by one, can breathe, meditate, and sense our own wholeness within our body, it will teach our mind that very thing as well. That’s how life on earth will change.
