On page 102 of Earth Ascending Jose says that evolutionary patterns in the Tzolkin are all about psychocultural transformation. History represents a break away from the primal pattern, completing in the southern or lower template, what was oly suggested in the upper template.

I find that definition wanting as one needs to define “a soul”, as though you have to be good enough or intelligent enough to have a soul.

Now is eternal, time is eternal, mind is eternal, the body is eternal and it’s all that way Now. Rest in it. Forgive yourself and everyone their error. This life is a dualistic mirage. Chill, breathe and love your body. It is sacred. Everything you learn in the body you cannot learn if you give it up to death.
The Effort to Be Free is Politics
There is no freedom without the truth. That’s why political activism doesn’t work. It spins people’s wheels so they never really find empowerment which is in their body mind.
Politics and journalism are based on lies for the gain of money and power and that is not a conspiracy theory. It’s based on untold human graves, suffering and abuse at the hands of state governments all over the world. Any politician who supports the status quo is in shadow. Same for the media who are 100% bought and paid for biased.
There is a great price to pay for seeing what you want to see instead of the truth and the politicians and the media know exactly how to tell you just what you want to hear.
CHANGE
Change happens in us first, person by person. As those who become empowered and spiritually awake to be co-creators with Source stack up, we hit a tipping point and the earth, local system, and the sun change. ALL LIFE, us, the animals, life in the oceans and inside the earth are creating evolution and then we see a big leap. Something outside is very apparent. Don’t wait for others to change or to see it outside in the world before you get to work on yourself to hone your body, mind, and spirit and be of service on the planet. One person feeling and seeing something in themselves that is good, that they didn’t see before is apocalyptic. So is changing your own body yourself and forgiving those who have wronged you. Be your own Healer.

The Brain is Not the Mind
The intellect is not the mind and it is limited by the accuracy of data. As we know, error in data is prevalent on earth and amongst humans because our perception is limited.
I couldn’t relate to any of them when he was talking about identity. I said out loud, “My identity is Cosmic. I don’t just have a human identity at all.” Then after I said that, he said that in Yoga they strive for a cosmic identity. We think through our entire bodies. The Body IS the Mind. And the Maya taught that all of the amino acids, thus ALL of the tribes ARE our body and ARE time itself.
There is a mental body and a physical body but they function as one. The second brain is in the gut but the only reason the brain is important is that it is completely connected to the WHOLE body which is why our healthcare needs to be realistic and holistic.

Is the Human Brain the Most Complex Thing in the Universe? No. The Mind Is.
I was just watching a science documentary where that was the first sentence. I paused it right there because I believe our minds are the most complex. Our brains are not our minds. Our minds are our entire body and the etheric body, emotional body, and more as chakras around our 3D body.
