Two weeks ago I went to see Lisa because I was having lingering pelvic girdle pain after having given birth to my daughter (two months old). I left the first visit feeling lighter and more confident with homework to do on my physical body and energy centers.
Motivated by what I experienced and eager to continue healing, I went to see Lisa again this week. Again she performed Reiki and went to work with her hands on my hips, thighs, and lower back. I’m leaving this review because I no longer feel any pain. I woke up yesterday for the first time in several months not feeling like I had to stretch and balance before I walked. The only piece in this I haven’t experienced is mental Illness. I did have intense grief though after Dave, and then Michael died three months after that. It occurred December 2015 and April 2016. The remarkable synchronistic details are in my book Healer.
I repressed most of it to keep working, and my BP shot up. So I pushed it into my body, and now, years later, I’m letting it go and healing it. Repressed grief or shock definitely has repercussions.
In this video, I am all of these pieces and have been called “weird” quite a bit. People either love us or hate us, but very few understand us. It’s fine. I accept humans as they are and expect or ask very little if anything from them. With people glued to MSM TV with gaping mouths believing everything they see on there, their minds are completely programmed.
If you read what Jose said in my previous post you will start to infer it. Once again, he never actually said it and no one has actually said what I’ve said; “Time is DNA”. And then I show why in my book.
It should change the face of physics and healthcare. Think about it. Ultimately, timelessness is the reality in the body once you realize the dimensions are ONE. Quantum physics already knows this. Then why isn’t it part of our groupthink? Greed. Planned obsolescence of humans. Many industries need us to die to make a buck.
If time is one, and it is, then we are one unified whole and timeless as well. That’s why J.C. could literally say, “Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit”. Tell that to the white coats who say things like, “You damaged your organs. You can’t heal.” so they keep selling you their snake oil Rx. Well, the Holy Spirit or Great Spirit, or Mother Spirit or God, are eternal and timeless. If it is in us, then so are we. The ancients have said that forever.
Don’t overthink it. Just accept that you are A LIGHTBODY with flesh and I’ll accept it too. We’re all working on it. You’ll feel yourself once you meditate and spend time alone. Forget what others think. They’re on the road to death and illness and accept it as natural. Wrong. Talk about a destructive groupthink.
It’s only on earth. No other species in the universe believes or lives that. It’s the toxic compression of earth in the time warp, religion and state, money garbage. Free yourself. Breathe.
I just got back from my meeting with the BBB and Leslie King’s name was dropped. She is from Grand Rapids, lives here, and helps women who have been human trafficked. Human trafficking and violence toward women and men in the sex trade is a nationwide problem. As she says on the video, it is a multibillion dollar industry. This is Jeffrey Epstein level evil on which I did a blog post showing how he lingered in the shadow of his birth kin destiny.
This mentality has corrupted bodyworkers, healers and lightworkers in my state and likely all over the country because of the DEGRADATION OF THE HUMAN BODY and our DNA, and who we are as a species. It speaks directly to what I am about and teaching as far as holistic mindset and the Mayan oracle.
She talks about forgiveness, spirituality, and about feeling hugged by Spirit. She FELT IT. God answered her prayer and it took her into rehab. Makes me weep. God is real. Source is real. Synchronicity is REAL.
Our DNA, our time, our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. I’m all about it and I think highly of the human race, not politically correct disdain as many do. Holistic medicine is all about this.

Planetary Human Fully Physical and Multidimensional
They are not abstract or just in the ethers, they are physical and IN our bodies. That’s why I keep harping on the body. It’s also the main way our energy, ideas, creativity, and joy are vampired from us by default if we have no boundaries and just give it over or watch media constantly and let our minds be programmed by it instead of programming our own minds.
We give it over in non-loving sex, the sick-care system with their cutting and drugging and ignorance about the multiple dimensions in the body for self-healing, low frequency food that is so easy to get, co-dependent marriage, and media.
All the dimensions are ONE, UNIFIED, just as our bodies are in one piece or whole. That’s why I’m wholistic (holistic). You see two words in there; whole, and holy. We are explicated into a body, into the synchronistic hologram FROM implicate order or Galactic Center. It’s also called Big Mind in Taoism.
We are Big Mind as long as we receive Big Mind into our bodies and realize that we literally are a temple of holiness. Not holy by religious definition but by nature. Every single dimension is in our body.
I haven’t actually heard anyone else say that all the dimensions are in our body so this may be new to you. I’ve always known it and get tired of defending myself in my office from patients who have let the white coats do everything vile imaginable to them and then ask me to align it because they are in worse pain than before. They realize they made a mistake. The Tao says,
“The great way is easy but people prefer the side-paths.”
Don’t go off on a side path. You go off on a side path because you’re following other people. It’s always a mistake to follow others. Be self-existing from your heart center.
There are different opinions on the number of dimensions. The one most often heard is nine. Everyone agrees there are four with time being number four but no one realizes yet that time is manifested as DNA. It’s not just etheric. But our DNA is not just three dimensions as everyone thinks. They believe that DNA alone is what makes us flesh and visible. That’s incorrect. There are many things that makes us flesh and visible in this hologram.
Our mental intention to be here. No one stays in physical when they really, truly want to leave. It’s the will to live, and physician’s know it well. Patients that have no rational reason to be alive simply are because they want to be.
We were born and given a body by our mother and father.
We existed in different manifested dimensions before and wanted to knock around with other bodies and souls in this dimension, for fun and learning.
We agreed to get a job done and have a mission working with an E.T. or Spirit Guide group. (That’s why I’m here.)
I experience the different dimensions in my body. I can feel them. When I’m in my office doing Reiki I can actually feel 13 because there are more than nine. I don’t know where everyone is getting nine. If you are a Reiki Master and have your hands on multiple people as I do, you can feel them. It’s very clear. I just checked with my pendulum also on my own body.
The Maya helped me with this today. They are a civilization of healers. The synchronicity of this is amazing with shiatsu added in. The male principle enters from the top of the right side of the body, goes down to Tone 1 ankle over to Tone 13 left ankle as the female energy. In shiatsu female energy enters and is received from the left foot and goes up the left side and circles back.
The crossover polarity is at the causal body, tone 7, the throat.

Are the 13 Tones of Creation aligned with these bodies emanating from our flesh body? Yes. They merge perfectly. I just figured it out.
The Tzolkin tone’s on the body circle around the joints and this has been known for some time. I didn’t figure that out but I merged it with the 13 chakras or energy bodies, the Tones of Creation with an understanding of the Reiki positions.

So the 13 dimensional bodies emanate from the joints as the Tones of Creation. Thus, the Tones of creation create those 13 bodies that all emanate from what we perceive to be “only flesh and blood”. We are in fact…a multidimensional body, 13 of them, laying there on that bed, on the floor, or on a treatment table. Meditate on it as you lay there.
The chakras don’t go straight up the center of the body. they go in a circle or an infinity symbol around the body. Their effect goes through the center of the body though.
Love yourself, know and feel your body, feed it good thoughts and feelings and know that it is naturally full of light. This raises your frequency which is our main work right now.
RED 4 SELF-EXISTING MOON is our 5GForce. It is METHIONINE or the START CODON.
We’re already into the antipode for the day which is Red 10 Planetary Dragon. The Guide Power from dawn to noon was Blue 10 Planetary Storm and it has been super stormy in Michigan.
With Red Dragon we move into some memories of our mothers, our ancestors, our feelings about that, nurturing and Being. Don’t hesitate to make this upcoming Thanksgiving and Solstice extra special since this is a CAPSTONE, a PINNACLE, the top of the mountain as far as our evolution and balancing for the planet. It’s not comfy and easy but it is getting better. We are getting more and more disclosure and RECKONING between right and wrong, dark and light spirituality.
We also have the opportunity and ability to do DIRECT DOWNLOADS from the sun for new RNA sequences to balance our own damaged DNA issues so that we can slowly come into our LIGHT BODIES as the EARTH comes into HER LIGHT BODY.
It just happened to me with my left leg. I had been working on it myself for months doing deep manual therapy and Reiki, I lay on my bed in the direct, hot sun last Wednesday and automatically received a crazy download like a computer software program of numbers and symbols really fast INTO MY CLOSED EYES. I just relaxed knowing that I was being helped or given information from our ancestors. I know how to receive information I don’t understand and not try to analyze it. Then I went about my day.
That night I felt lightly virusy and got the chills and ran a fever of 100 degrees +, no biggie, but I felt sick. Then my left leg that had been crushed (the soft tissue) 47 years ago, where I had been working on dense scar tissue, got very red and felt very strange. I couldn’t walk on it for three days. I knew from looking at it that the BLOOD finally released like a damn into my old injured ankle and foot. When blood circulation is blocked in injured tissue the tissue cannot heal. That tissue has to be released but of course sick care industry has no clue and never pays attention to the flesh medically. I very gently worked on it and it was getting better quickly. How was this old injury related to what I interpreted as a virus?
It was not “an illness” which is what we think of as “a virus” I was told. The only way these RNA packets can explode in our earth bodies is if they turn on or challenge the IMMUNE SYSTEM with a certain amount of stress. Just bc your immune system is challenged doesn’t mean you are literally sick. True sickness is when you sit in a very negative mind and heart set over time and cause DIS EASE or UN EASE in your soul. Then you get very sick. I had asked and wished, multiple times for that lower leg to be the way it used to be so I would no longer have neuropathy in that foot! It would keep me up at night.
It’s gone now folks. My foot is normal. The ankle is almost normal. The leg is already. The download was a mental RNA packet coming into this dimension as a challenge to my immune system to uptake the new sequence. We have to allow this or we won’t evolve upward. Some entities on this planet would prefer that. I don’t prefer it. That then mutates my own DNA and makes it what it was before in that leg. EVERY MOLECULE OF OUR BODY HAS DNA. Every molecule of our body exists and has existed IN TIME. OUR SUN REGULATES ALL OF IT AND HAS THE CODES THAT EACH OF US NEEDS. There are two suns; the sun we see and the sun that is hidden which is directly tied to Galactic Center. There is no limit in time or space (physical holographic projection in our world) of what is possible. It’s up to OUR MINDS TO FOCUS and CHOOSE what we want. Now it’s time to do it. We can do it and I’m giving you the HEADS UP!
I desperately want my BODY in THIS TIME AND DIMENSION to be WHOLE AND AGELESS. I’m going to have it because I have plenty to do on this planet before I take off. Dare you to try it.
RE-acting is mimicry. Monkeys and parrots mimic. Humans also mimic unless they are mentally mature. Babies learn by mimicking but adults learn by creating. Humans are addicted to mimicry because of a lazy streak usually due to unresolved childhood issues. They’re still grieving parenting they didn’t get. That ship has sailed. You can parent yourself with the help of the universe and rival your parents. Don’t you want to win? I want my son to win over any mistakes his father and I made. Self-Creating, self-generating (Blue Storm tribe), Acting is all ART and comes from your Magic Nation or imagination.
Think of these two as a teeter tooter where you are deciding whether to go one route or another. In this case, are you going to DIY and send up a plan in your mind or are you going to continue your normal REACTIVE route where first you have to pull in something from outside of you such as another’s idea, T.V. , Twitter or Instagram and react to it, or are you going to sit quiet or workout, meditate, listen to your body and intuition and create your own plan from within yourself?
We are each at the precipice right now. Tone 2 is stabilizing by polarizing. It’s a simple choice; Self create, or React? Self create or React? The first one is INtegrity the second one is wash, rinse, repeat for your entire life and wastes everyone’s time and resources and nothing original is added to the planet.
Self-creating and acting involves:
Body care-organizing fresh food
Physical Activity
T.V. OFF
Water intake
Hand held device-limited
Organizing your money and bills
Meditation up to an hour a day
Boundaries with people who vampire your energy
No large group activities right now. Stay away
All of that is stabilizing. Stabilize yourself and don’t look outside of yourself to get someone or something to do it for you. Your MIND, your BRAIN is a magnet that turns your body into a magnet. It’s literal. The media is trying to program your mind to give your authority and magnetism over to them. Don’t let them in. Our immune systems, bodies, and minds are the province of US and the Universe has our backs. Freedom and balance are universal law. We are supposed to be evolving in freedom and balance otherwise we’ll be programmed to go over the cliff. That gets rid of the weak-minded ones. They obey.

Materialistic values demean intuition and praise rationality, are seen and enforced by the media, educational institutions (schools), churches, behaviorists, (psychology and psychiatry), modern M.D. and healthcare. Take your pills and make sure you have a bulletproof backpack are their mantras. “Be realistic! Make sense!” Whose sense? Add governments, banks, and similar ilk in there.
As you can see, The irrational Matrix is far-reaching. This is all true insanity and it’s out of hand. They even set fire to the Amazon rain forest, I guess because they no longer believe humans need air to breathe nor want us to have it? There is something very creepy going on. I think materialism has brainwashed and frightened many people to the point that they’ll accept death in any way it’s handed to them from the elite. (I wrote this PRE COVID) They feel powerless to focus their own minds on their vision. It’s cultish and dystopian but I see it happening.
Materialism Creates Disunity
Materialism is considered reality, what’s real, and what we should all be following and obeying if we’re good citizens, neighbors, and sane people. Lying and faking, putting on a plastic face and a plastered smile, women dolled up ready for sex and men the takers is the poster with a shiny new car behind them. All of this is considered normal and good. If you deviate, or are different, have brown skin, use big words, love yourself or have faith, you’re not stable?
Spirituality is about UNITY and PEACE between cultures. ONE human race.
Enter spirituality, exit religion. Church membership is declining and the Spiritual movement is on the rise. Holism is coming forward (my field), art and artists are starting to be acknowledged. The foundation of the Spiritual movement is ART and personal freedom of expression, interdependence and a unique individual perception that is a personal truth but not a societal dogma. To each his own; together. Many artists understand QI which unpins the Chinese civilization, 1.3 billion strong, the largest in the world. Their art from every level, as well as their medicine rivals the west.
The western religions were compliant and the right-hand helper of materialism as they are in a subconscious headlock as well. They are sexually deviant, addicted to all manner of substance, perverse, and love money and power under the guise of salvation and safety from hell damnation. This is the subconscious mind from their parents. The leaders of the churches are also down the rabbit hole. They need to hide too. Government and religion have long been bedfellows for more sex and money than is imaginable. They are an enslaved people looking to enslave others so the truth doesn’t come out.
Their mutual cooperation defines world history and the ascent of the mythological genetic line in the institution of the family, none of which is based on science at all. Genetic determinism is not scientifically valid; it’s dead according to the experts. Morphic resonance is a better theory as well as the imprint of the family on subconscious programming. It all comes from our environment and it shows up in cell biology! Quantum physics is shedding light on all of it.
At odds with religion back in the day was Science. Science calls on the higher, intellectual faculty of the conscious mind informed by free-will and choice. It reads, thinks, and is a critical thinker. One has to be calm to do that. That is at direct odds with the emotional indulgence and drama of a repressed childhood. Scientists have work to do. We are now getting closer to modern spirituality approaching modern science. The Earth is not flat, it’s round. We revolve around the sun, the sun doesn’t revolve around us; little facts like that that are still challenged by religionists today. Much blood has been spilled over scientific fact and by scientists themselves for daring to challenge church dogma that required a blood sacrifice.
It feels like getting uppity and empowered took us too long and while humanity was maturing, the elite was ripping off and ripping into the planet to end all of it for god knows what purpose. The climate has hit a tipping point while we wake up. Now what?
Spirituality is judged handily by unimaginative and indolent behaviorists who themselves are likely addicts but busy none the less with calling intuition, Reiki, ESP, and psychic mediums schizotypy. Kudos to the dude that came up with that word. I call them materialists who might feel very comfy in a church pew ruminating nostalgically over their time on a swingset. A step forward would be an art class, a jazz gig, hang-out with some cool cats and lose the stiff upper lip of intellectualizing love and creativity because you can’t or won’t take the leap and do it yourself. Those who won’t do it only analyze from the outside.
Materialism = subconscious programming from the family, 95% of personal action
Spirituality = conscious control programming (mindfulness and high intelligence) of the subconscious mind and minimizing the family to 40% of personal action, 60% to your own mind.
We seek a more creative, spiritual, peaceful world where everyone’s needs are met, including animals and plants, cultures are celebrated and acknowledged and it is understood that biologically, there is no such thing as race. We are ONE race; human, made of thousands of cultures and our entire lives and everything we do is founded in Love.
