Two weeks ago I went to see Lisa because I was having lingering pelvic girdle pain after having given birth to my daughter (two months old). I left the first visit feeling lighter and more confident with homework to do on my physical body and energy centers.
Motivated by what I experienced and eager to continue healing, I went to see Lisa again this week. Again she performed Reiki and went to work with her hands on my hips, thighs, and lower back. Iâm leaving this review because I no longer feel any pain. I woke up yesterday for the first time in several months not feeling like I had to stretch and balance before I walked. All my discomfort is gone! Iâm going to continue to see Lisa continue the journey of balancing and learning more about my chakras, but she resolved my issue. Thank you so much, Lisa!

It shows the Psi Bank tension exactly, the COLLECTIVE MIND of all sentient, evolving RNA on earth. But we are ok folks.
My body feels like it’s been hit by a bus but that may be many of us. We are changing fairly quickly, as are our brains. You know the routine.
Body Truth; Activating the 13 Chakra System
I posted this in 2017 and it got 132 views so here it is again. Use this when you meditate.
I work with the immaterial energy centers of the body all the time in my office while Iâm doing Reiki. It’s 4D. My patients can feel it because Iâm working with Qi or Ki. In addition, my pendulum can pick up the direction of their spin very easily but I donât need to use it much anymore.  My hands can feel it.  I only use it when a patient needs to see how their energy is affecting something they can see; the pendulum moving.
Please note there is no longer just 7 chakras because we are in the beginning stages of a NEW BODY coming forward. Our ancestors had to go through this too and we all know that they did not look exactly like us.
My intuition says the 13th one will come forward when the 13th crystal skull is found. It may be below Earth Star which is under our feet, u derground connection. Chakra 12, stellar gateway is the Pineal gland fully open and generating a new portal. CV2 opens it.
Corona means Crown by the way. That’s why so many people are afraid of it. They’re afraid to feel the real power in their body and brain. I had the brain version of Covid. It changed my glasses Rx. If you resist it it can do you in though. Fear does taht..
Chakra means âwheelâ. Most people are used to working with the 7 chakras, but in this time of increased spiritual growth and ascension, it is important to work with the 13 chakras. That said, only do it when youâre ready, especially if youâre just now becoming aware of your qi and the chakras.
12-Stellar Gateway chakra is accessed in deep meditation or even in the dream state at night when youâre out of the body yet still tethered.
11-Soul Star-The Soul Star Chakra is located about six inches above the crown chakra (top of the head) & is the bridge from the human to the spiritual realms. âŚ
10-Causal-The causal body is the layer of energy beyond the higher mental body and is linked to the throat chakra and the causal chakra at the back of the head. This is the doorway to higher consciousness and links the personality to the collective consciousness of the planet.
9-Crown Chakra-This is where we learn, on a spiritual level, to love unconditionally, allow compassion for our fellow soulâs who we realize are on their own path, just like us. Itâs also where we open up to lessons directly given from spirit guides and what opens wider when we seek an adventure.
8-Third eye chakra or clairvoyant seeing. This one spins constantly for me as I live by my intuition first and then I run it through the filter of my rational mind. Itâs psychic vision or a sense of what you are creating going forward for yourself.
7-Throat chakra-how you express yourself. Whether speaking, writing, playing, crafting, paintingâŚyou are speaking in your voice that is unique to you. For people that feel they must hold their tongue or were taught to guard their cards closely, this will be very low functioning. There is a good middle ground here.
6-Heart Chakra-who and what you love lives here.
5-Solar Plexus-Your power chakra. How you express your strength, what youâre good at in the world or not who you are to the outside world, confidence level.
4-Naval chakra. This is the Dan Tien and is the center of your body. Your birth qi is seeded here by your mother, who also formed your subconscious mind. This is very personal and sometimes we need to talk deeply about this.
3-Sacral chakra-personal feelings. Relates to all reproductive and digestive issues.
2-Root chakra-Your grounding, sense of connection and security in the body related to sex, reproduction, money, ability to walk, willingness to walk, desire to run, relaxation and movement of the feet, hip, knee, ankle, and feet will be directly affected by your attitudes, values, feelings and actions with regard to all of these issues. Security, territory, property, what propels you to stay in the body and keep interacting on Earth in this unique manner. The ten chakras above it are what energize you with âyour agendaâ. Everyone is walking the Earth for different reasons. The soles of your feet bring in the energy directly from the Earth like a two-pronged plug plugged into an electrical outlet. Be sure youâre plugged into the Earth.
1-Earth Star. The condition of your earth star will tell a practitioner whether youâre plugged in the body or compromised.
Chakra healing is now a widely known method of energy healing, and although most people are familiar with the 7 chakra system, there are in fact many chakras. The higher ones are transpersonal.
Itâs important to work with your Reiki practitioner closely to activate and balance both front aspect and rear aspect chakras.

What Are the Dimensions and What Do They Feel Like?
They are not abstract or just in the ethers, they are physical and IN our bodies. That’s why I keep harping on the body. It’s also the main way our energy, ideas, creativity, and joy are vampired from us by default if we have no boundaries and just give it over or watch media constantly and let our minds be programmed by it instead of programming our own minds.
We give it over in non-loving sex, the sick-care system with their cutting and drugging and ignorance about the multiple dimensions in the body for self-healing, low frequency food that is so easy to get, co-dependent marriage, and media.
All the dimensions are ONE, UNIFIED, just as our bodies are in one piece or whole. That’s why I’m wholistic (holistic). You see two words in there; whole, and holy. We are explicated into a body, into the synchronistic hologram FROM implicate order or Galactic Center. It’s also called Big Mind in Taoism.
We are Big Mind as long as we receive Big Mind into our bodies and realize that we literally are a temple of holiness. Not holy by religious definition but by nature. Every single dimension is in our body.
I haven’t actually heard anyone else say that all the dimensions are in our body so this may be new to you. I’ve always known it and get tired of defending myself in my office from patients who have let the white coats do everything vile imaginable to them and then ask me to align it because they are in worse pain than before. They realize they made a mistake. The Tao says,
“The great way is easy but people prefer the side-paths.”
Don’t go off on a side path. You go off on a side path because you’re following other people. It’s always a mistake to follow others. Be self-existing from your heart center.
There are different opinions on the number of dimensions. The one most often heard is nine. Everyone agrees there are four with time being number four but no one realizes yet that time is manifested as DNA. It’s not just etheric. But our DNA is not just three dimensions as everyone thinks. They believe that DNA alone is what makes us flesh and visible. That’s incorrect. There are many things that makes us flesh and visible in this hologram.
- Our mental intention to be here. No one stays in physical when they really, truly want to leave. It’s the will to live, and physician’s know it well. Patients that have no rational reason to be alive simply are because they want to be.
- We were born and given a body by our mother and father.
- We existed in different manifested dimensions before and wanted to knock around with other bodies and souls in this dimension, for fun and learning.
- We agreed to get a job done and have a mission working with an E.T. or Spirit Guide group. (That’s why I’m here.)
I experience the different dimensions in my body. I can feel them. When I’m in my office doing Reiki I can actually feel 13 because there are more than nine. I don’t know where everyone is getting nine. If you are a Reiki Master and have your hands on multiple people as I do, you can feel them. It’s very clear. I just checked with my pendulum also on my own body.
The Maya helped me with this today. They are a civilization of healers. The synchronicity of this is amazing with shiatsu added in. The male principle enters from the top of the right side of the body, goes down to Tone 1 ankle over to Tone 13 left ankle as the female energy. In shiatsu female energy enters and is received from the left foot and goes up the left side and circles back.
The crossover polarity is at the causal body, tone 7, the throat.

Are the 13 Tones of Creation aligned with these bodies emanating from our flesh body? Yes. They merge perfectly. I just figured it out.
The Tzolkin tone’s on the body circle around the joints and this has been known for some time. I didn’t figure that out but I merged it with the 13 chakras or energy bodies, the Tones of Creation with an understanding of the Reiki positions.
The Tzolkin Tones of Creation in the Body
- Magnetic 1 is right ankle
- Polar 2 is the right knee
- Electric 3 is the right hip
- Self-Existing 4 is the right hand
- Radiant 5 is right elbow
- Rhythmic 6 is right shoulder
- Resonant 7 is C7 anterior or throat chakra
- Galactic 8 is left shoulder
- Solar 9 if left elbow
- Planetary 10 is left hand
- Spectral 11 is left hip
- Crystal 12 is left knee
- Cosmic 13 is left ankle
So the 13 dimensional bodies emanate from the joints as the Tones of Creation. Thus, the Tones of creation create those 13 bodies that all emanate from what we perceive to be “only flesh and blood”. We are in fact…a multidimensional body, 13 of them, laying there on that bed, on the floor, or on a treatment table. Meditate on it as you lay there.
The chakras don’t go straight up the center of the body. they go in a circle or an infinity symbol around the body. Their effect goes through the center of the body though.
Love yourself, know and feel your body, feed it good thoughts and feelings and know that it is naturally full of light. This raises your frequency which is our main work right now.
