True Time Update for Thursday, 6/21/23, 10 Stop Codon in our evolution

This is the symbol for the stop codon in a sequence of our evolving RNA
Our frequency is starting out close to alpha Hz, which is now the norm. Then, it goes up throughout the day into higher alpha. 7.83hz is no longer our normal brain-heart level.. 7.83 was theta.
