Today is 4:13:13:13. AND, it’s 2, 15, 23 which adds up to 13!!
I feel this every day in my body. It’s hard to describe. Suffice to say that when you focus your 5D Mind while sitting in your 3D body, there is no limit to what you can align and heal AS TIME. These dimension are actually ONE and interfaced on top of one another. The body is layered etherically. This image is linear. We don’t function in separate dimensions. They are ONE ball of energy.
True intention is everything; authenticity. Heart center is everything. What and who you truly love is not something anyone can hide. What and who you value is your passion and sets the direction of what you manifest in 3D. But is it for your ego or in service to the Light in others that they might shine brighter?
I have much light and fire in every aspect of my being, and this planet is SO needy and pivoting right now as we know that I must be selective about where I give it. Fortunately, these great souls from past lives come onto this blog and into my office and remind me that I’m not alone as a lightworker. There are quite a few of us, and we need to support one another and let each other in.
Today is my birth gateway; Red 13 Cosmic Skywalker, HF4, right after the 4 pulses from HF3 to HF33, that Source secures for the evolving timeline we choose as a collective. Chinese baloons and the U.S. military can’t stop our Helpers from doing it! They always lie about what they know and what they are doing. Remember that. It’s not safe to be in denial about the U.S. government.
HF4 is ELECTRIC OUTPUT or electron/Qi output like the Chinese Qi acupointer I use in my office on patients. I’m in there and on here expressing the intelligence of SERVICE to others and Source as we move to Yellow 3 Warrior. That’s really all there is anyway. Sharing our gifts with others brings joy and is priceless.

Red Skywalker represents the amino acid Glutamine. Glutamine is important for removing excess ammonia (a common waste product in the body). It also helps your immune system function and may be needed for normal brain function and digestion. You can usually get enough glutamine without taking a supplement because your body makes it and you get some in your diet.
