It’s 8:30am est and we’re humming along as usual. No major changes in the psi bank yet due to the solar activity. The CME from March 10th has not hit yet and the peak frequency is still 7. It hits earth tonight. We’ll see where we are tomorrow. It takes 4 days for the geomagnetic storms to reach us.
Honestly, my body and intuition say something significant is coming, and it’s snowing here when they predicted 41 degrees today. MI weather is not very predictable anymore.
The best thing you can do to keep your mood up and cope with the changes is to drink half of your body weight in ounces (weight 150 will drink 75 ounces) of fresh filtered water, do a weight-bearing workout for your muscles (not just aerobic), and meditate 20 minutes a day. I’m also doing a 16 hour fast daily (7pm-11am no food). It’s such a good break for your body to not have to deal with food when it has to deal with all of these new energies.
