Do you think that what you eat affects your bones? Barely. Muscle strengthening, which changes your DNA completely affects your bones making them stronger. Vegetable or animal protein doesn’t really matter.
However, alcohol and cigarettes which are 100 percent toxic to the entire nody totally affect your muscles. I have had patients who work out, keep their weight down and have a positive mindset have 3 drinks a day and it ruins their joints and brain.
